We have a team of two-Party Wall Surveyors in Cambridgeshire, covering locations from Cambridge to Peterborough with an office in Peterborough.  

The team is headed by Mark Randell BSc (Hons) who has over 5 years’ experience in Party Wall Matters and has published over 3,500 Party Wall Awards.

All our Surveyors are vastly experienced in Party Wall matters and all of them have a degree in Building Surveying there are no unqualified Surveyors in the Party Wall practice.

We can undertake any project of any size be it commercial or residential. We have recently undertaken the Party Wall element of a large residential block in Cambridge consisting of the conversion of 13 residential flats.

We have a fixed pricing policy irrespective of the location and start from £395.00 + VAT for an Award on its own without a schedule of condition. 

Working as the "Agreed Surveyor" our fees are:

One Adjoining Owner         £695.00 + VAT to include Notice, Schedule of condition and Award. 

Two Adjoining Owners       £995.00 + VAT to include Notice, Schedule of condition and Award. 

Three Adjoining Owners    £1095.00 + VAT to include Notice, Schedule of condition and Award. 

Four Adjoining Owners      £1495.00 + VAT to include Notice, Schedule of condition and Award. 

These prices are for any project large or small and include all Notices, Surveys and Awards. 

There are no extras. But exclude basements.

Dissents to notices are costed at £200.00 + VAT Each.  

Terms:

50% Deposit by Pay Pal, Credit Card, or bank transfer. 

50% on completion by bank transfer only. 

We undertake both commercial as well as residential Party Wall projects and have been involved projects exceeding £5,000,000 in Cambridgeshire.  

All Surveyors hold Professional Indemnity Insurance at £500,000 Per Survey and £2,000,000 for liability.
