The team is headed by Jon Hicks BSc (Hons) who has over 25 years’ experience in Party Wall Matters and has published over 20,000 Party Wall Awards.

All our Surveyors are vastly experienced in Party Wall matters and all of them have a degree in Building Surveying.

We can undertake any project of any size be it commercial or residential.

All Surveyors all fully qualified to degree standard in Building Surveying. 

We have a fixed pricing policy irrespective of the location and start from £395.00 + VAT for an Award on its own without a schedule of condition.

Working as the "Agreed Surveyor" our fees are:

One Adjoining Owner        £695.00 + VAT to include Notice, Schedule of condition and Award. 

Two Adjoining Owners      £995.00 + VAT to include Notice, Schedule of condition and Award. 

Three Adjoining Owners    £1095.00 + VAT to include Notice, Schedule of condition and Award. 

Four Adjoining Owners      £1495.00 + VAT to include Notice, Schedule of condition and Award. 

These prices are for any project large or small and include all Notices, Surveys and Awards. There are no extras. But exclude basements.

Dissents to notices are costed at £200.00 + VAT Each.  

Terms:

50% Deposit by Pay Pal, Credit Card, or bank transfer. 

50% on completion by bank transfer only. 

We undertake both commercial as well as residential Party Wall projects and have been involved projects exceeding £5,000,000 in Hertfordshire.  

All Surveyors hold Professional Indemnity Insurance at £500,000 Per Survey and £2,000,000 for liability.
