We have an experienced Party Wall Surveyor covering Haringey and all of North London.  

The team is headed by Jon Hicks BSc (Hons) who has over 25 years experience in Party Wall Matters and has published over 20,000 Party Wall Awards.

We can undertake any project of any size be it commercial or residential. We have recently undertaken the Party Wall element of a conversion of a semi detached house into 6 residential flats all with basements.

We have a fixed pricing policy irrespective of the location and start from £695.00 + VAT for an Award and package including a schedule of condition.

Working as the "Agreed Surveyor" our fees are from:

One Adjoining Owner £695.00 + VAT to include Notice, Schedule of condition and Award. 

Two Adjoining Owner's £895.00 + VAT to include Notice, Schedule of condition and Award. 

Three Adjoining Owner's £1095.00 + VAT to include Notice, Schedule of condition and Award. 

Four Adjoining Owner's £1295.00 + VAT to include Notice, Schedule of condition and Award. 

These prices are for any project large or small and include all Notices, Surveys and Awards.

There are no extras. But exclude basements.

Dissents to notices are costed at £200.00 + VAT Each.  

Terms:

50% Deposit by Pay Pal, Credit Card, or bank transfer. Protection under section 75 of the consumer credit act applies.

50% on completion by bank transfer only. 

We undertake both commercial as well as residential Party Wall projects and have been involved projects exceeding £1,000,000 in Haringey.

All Surveyors hold Professional Indemnity Insurance and liability up to £500,000.
